Since beginning landscape operations in 1994, Horizon Landscapes has been a landscape maintenance specialist and held maintenance contracts on many prominent Greater Victoria sites.  Here is a partial list outlining the highlights.

• Legislative Buildings  2014- 2018 consulted on garden renovation at this site, prepared and executed landscape designs including all rose gardens, large planting by fountain at rear of building, culinary herb garden and many others.  We also consulted on maintenance of their rose gardens and implemented an IPM system. Designed and installed low voltage lighting system for Sunken Rose Garden area
